1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the iWardrobe website, mobile apps, and related services. By downloading, registering, purchasing, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

• Wardrobe management: add, edit, classify, and remove clothing items.
• AI try-on: generate virtual try-on images using your uploaded photos and selected garments.
• Outfit recommendation: provide matching suggestions based on wardrobe items and scenarios.
• Subscription and consumable products: provide membership benefits and usage quotas.

3. Account and Security

• You must provide lawful, accurate, and current account information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
• Sharing, renting, transferring, or selling accounts is prohibited.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Auto-Renewal

• Subscription title, duration, and price are shown on the purchase page before confirmation.
• For iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• For Google Play, payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID or Google Play account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple; refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google, according to each platform's policies.

5. User Content and License

• You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a limited license to process it solely for providing the service.
• You represent that you have rights to uploaded content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
• You are responsible for the legality and compliance of submitted content.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not disrupt service operation, attack systems, or abuse APIs.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Privacy and Data

Our processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can initiate account deletion from the app or through Account Deletion.

8. Intellectual Property

The service software, design, trademarks, and related content are owned by Taiyuan Zhimajiang Information Technology Co., Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except as permitted by law.

9. Service Availability and Disclaimer

We strive to provide stable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, network interruptions, third-party failures, force majeure, and other factors beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms based on legal or product changes. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
